For travelers using frequent flier mileage: our regional and domestic carriers offer competitive savings for internal flights. Stopovers ~ Alternatively you might be interested in the various 'stopover' options offered by most international airlines. This is where you can stop off for a few days at some mid-way point on the journey (either on the way out or on the way back) in any one of a number of exotic countries. Most stopovers are 'free' in that the airline does not charge you any extra for breaking the journey.
